Equipment remains
the property of Classic Touch.
2.
The hirer is
responsible for any loss or damage whilst in there care.
3.
We are not insured
for any loss damaged or stolen equipment when it has left our
premises, It is the hirers responsibility to take out the
necessary insurance.
4.
All shortages or
damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
5.
No responsibility
can be accepted for injury, caused by use of equipment hired.
6.
Classic Touch
reserves the right to amend prices and to substitute to the
nearest item available without prior notification.
7.
Prices specified
are for one-day hire/use only.
8.
Weekend hire
charged at day one rate.
9.
Extended hire
price on application.
10.
Deposit required
on confirmation.
11.
Refundable deposit
required on all linen hire. (Loss/damage.)
12.
All payments to be
made before or on collection / delivery.
13.
All shortages or
damaged items will be charged for after the event.
14.
Cancellation of
any part of order should be made at least 2 weeks in advance
and notice confirmed in writing. A cancellation charge will be
made if such notice is not received. |
